3. Payments & Security

3.1 We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards/Paynow and online transfers.

3.2 Payments must be made in full before order processing. We do not store payment details; all transactions are secured via encrypted payment gateways.

4. Delivery & Shipping

4.1 We deliver only within Singapore. Overseas shipping is not available.

4.2 Delivery times vary based on product availability and location. Estimated timeframes are provided during checkout.

4.3 Additional delivery charges may apply for locations without elevator access ($10 per floor).

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Strictly no returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or if the item does not meet expectations.

5.2 Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt for inspection and resolution.

6. Warranty & Repairs

6.1 All products are genuine and come with manufacturer warranties, where applicable.

6.2 Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer or their authorized service center.
